Rooms and Rates
In order to serve you best, we offer several types of
rooms. All rooms have cable TV, phones with free
local calls, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a full
private bath. All rooms are non-smoking.
We have pet-friendly rooms available, but there is a $10 per visit fee,
and we do require that you pay by
credit card. The nightly rates are shown below (tax not included). Single Occupancy
Our single occupancy rooms consist of a double bed. These units are
ideal for the business traveler or a couple on a budget.
Double Occupancy
Our double occupancy rooms consist of
either two double beds or a queen bed and a futon (convertible sofa).
These rooms are ideal for the couple interested in a more spacious room or the
family on a budget. 
Suites We offer suites that can sleep up to seven
people
and include a kitchenette, dining area and a separate bedroom with an
additional television.
These units are ideal for the family seeking an alternative to high-priced cottages or for the group of friends on a fishing trip for the weekend.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3 PM. Please call ahead if you need to check in earlier. Check-out time is 11 AM.
Taxes and Fees
All rates are subject to a 6% state sales tax and a 2% service tax. Late check-outs will be charged $10 per hour. Check-outs after 1PM will be charged for an additional day.
Pre-payment and Cancellation Policy
All reservations require pre-payment. No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only in rooms 3 & 4. Please call ahead to check if a pet room is available. There is a $10.00 pet fee per stay.
Any guests bringing pets in a non pet room will be subject to a $100.00 charge.
