Thank you for choosing Travelers Motel in Onekama, Michigan. The following policies are to ensure a pleasurable stay for all guests. Please take a few moments to review them. 

Payments

We require a credit card and a 50% deposit at the time of booking with us. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival. Paying with a credit card will have an additional 3.5% surcharge added. We do NOT accept American Express or Discover.

Cancellation policy

In the off-season, you may cancel your room reservation 3 days prior to arrival to receive a full deposit refund.
In the high-season, you may cancel your room reservation one week prior to arrival to receive a full deposit refund.
The cancellation policy for the three-bedroom suite is 14 days in advance notice. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in/check-out

Check-in 3:00pm - 6:00pm | Check-out 11:00am. If late check-in or check-out is needed, please contact the front desk at (231)-889-7076 to make arrangements.

Housekeeping

Your room is scheduled to be cleaned prior to and at the end of your stay. Towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies will only be replenished upon request. Should you find any issues regarding housekeeping or maintenance in your room, please contact us at the beginning of your stay and we will be certain to address the issue(s) immediately.

Pet policy

No pets allowed. Any violation will result in a non-compliance fee.

No smoking

We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking, vaping, or marijuana are NOT permitted inside the rooms or on the porches. Designated smoking area is by the firepit. Any violation will result in a $250 non-compliance fee.

Guest safety

Security cameras are in use 24 hours in the lobby and in outdoor public spaces.

Noise

We ask that you respect other guests by limiting noise made after 10:00 pm.

Damage policy

In the unfortunate event that a guest causes damage to a room during their stay, the credit card on file will be billed for repairs.
